Our Requirements

Quatrefoil Homes is actively seeking new development and investment opportunities in North Wales and the North West of England. Within this geographic area our requirements are as follows:

• Land with planning permission for small, medium and large scale residential development
• Land without planning permission with potential for small, medium and large scale residential development.
• Office buildings with potential for residential conversion under Permitted Development Rights.
• Residential investment opportunities with a medium/long term residential development potential.


Agents

We will consider unconditional and conditional site purchases, land promotion and option agreements. We will deliver planning-led business plans to include change of use to higher value uses, strategic land acquisitions and enhanced development schemes. If you are an introducing agent for a successful purchase you will be fully retained and as Quatrefoil Homes is a private company we are able to offer speedy decisions on proposals satisfying our land requirements.


Potential Deal Structures

• Our preference is to purchase suitable residential development sites unconditionally or on a subject to planning basis.
• We are happy to enter into flexible structures with landowners and business owners to suit particular deal requirements.
• Quatrefoil Homes undertakes Joint Ventures with landowners, business owners and construction firms.
